Our Dimensional Engineering Solution focuses on eliminating tolerancing problems before they happenThen put in place controls to assure execution coordinates with the up front plan.

 

This is done through education, defining clear customer objectives, strategizing where to “net” and where to “push” variation, careful coordination between design, manufacturing, inspection and assembly, properly applying GD&T and defining where to measure, and by using Tolerance Analysis techniques to ensure customer objectives are achieved “before” drawing release.

 

In other words, Dimensional Engineering is the process of “Engineering” the development of a robust design and assembly process that will meet pre-established dimensionally product requirements based on realistic piece part/assembly capability.
